"Amazing Boba tea from Itsa Boba today. We had the large Matcha Milk Tea, regular sweetness with Tapioca Jelly inside. It was freshly made before our eyes and tasted delicious. The level of customisation is great, allowing you to pick and choose sizes, sweetness levels, tapioca flavouring and even add-ons/toppings. We wandered past the shop several times on our short trip to Torquay, took the plunge and had a go, we didn't regret it! I can highly recommend it to anyone, even if its your first time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the whole place has a modern feel to it. When we come back to Torquay we will certainly go back."

"Cute place. I had the lychee green tea with mango boba and I highly recommend! The owner (woman) was so polite and made sure we had everything we needed. She was lovely. Highly recommend for a boba tea!!"

"Popped in on my lunch break. Great selection of teas, popping balls, jellies and foams. Can customize with flavour mixes but also with ice/no ice and sweetness levels too. I purchased a blueberry green tea with strawberry boba popping balls for me and watermelon green tea with strawberry boba for my colleague"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a fun and refreshing experience at Itsa Boba! The children absolutely loved it – they had a great time making their own drinks and choosing all the different flavours and toppings. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole vibe was lively and welcoming. Perfect for a fun family outing. We’ll definitely be back for more boba fun!"

"I had the Strawberry green tea with strawberry bubbles, it was amazing . I was determined to find Itsa Boba and it did not disappoint!! Service was great and the lady serving was lovely. Definitely recommend"

"I've tried so many boba tea shops and I can say this shop does good boba tea. Ordered a pandan milk tea (don't really see very much) and a cream cheese assam tea, both tasted good and reasonable priced. Will try other flavours when I return. Also, must say the shop is very Instagramable"
